OK this first hand I really want feedback on, anyway to get away from it? I think I loss the minimum, but am open to advice/critiques ...

I played for several hours and despite the crappy bad beats I still managed to make about $300 leaving me up $500 for the day.
I also played in the Negreanu Open and busted 15th of 68. Note to self .... Do not push all in with QK suited when you are going to get called by both KK and AQ, it really hurts your chances of winning the pot!
